By using Liveshare VR ("the service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Liveshare VR lets you broadcast your device camera live to people who have your session link or code, and lets you watch streams others share with you. The service is provided as is, without guarantees of availability, latency or quality.

Your responsibilities

• Only stream what you have the right to stream. Obtain consent from people who appear in your video where the law requires it.
• Do not stream content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes others' rights.
• Do not attempt to access sessions you were not invited to, interfere with the service, or circumvent rate limits or security measures.
• You are responsible for who you share your session code with.

Code of Conduct

Liveshare VR is for sharing real places and moments. Everyone who streams, watches, chats, reacts or guides must follow these rules:

• No harassment, bullying, threats or hate based on who someone is.
• No sexual content or nudity, and nothing that sexualises or endangers minors.
• No violence, self-harm or dangerous acts, and no promotion of illegal activity.
• Respect privacy: don't film or stream people in private places, or share someone's personal information, without their consent.
• No spam, scams, impersonation or misleading content.

Hosts can switch off chat, reactions and guidance, lock their session and remove viewers. Viewers can hide chat and reactions at any time.

Reporting

To report a stream, a viewer or anything else that breaks these rules, use Report this stream in the player's ••• menu, Report next to a viewer in the host's Session panel, or the Report a problem page. We review every report and may end sessions, block access or contact authorities where the law requires it.

Content

You keep all rights to what you stream. The service does not record streams and does not claim ownership of your content. We may end a session or block access to protect the service or other users.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator of the service is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including loss of data, missed events or interrupted streams.

Changes

We may change these terms or the service at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
